If you want to reproduce one or more of Joseph Cusimano's images for a commercial or non-profit purpose, please complete the following form. Because of the large volume of requests that we receive, we cannot guarantee that we will accept your proposal. In general, you can expect to pay between $450 to $2,000 (U.S. funds, plus any applicable taxes) depending upon your use and the image selected.
For personal or educational research use:
If you want to reproduce one or more of Joseph Cusimano's images for your own personal use (such as on your non-commercial personal website) or educational research use (such as for school, university or educational institution), there is no fee. For instructions and restrictions, click here.
