Artist's Interpretation (Informal):

• The sailing ship which has landed in the harbour represents us as we discover new territories of our world and of our mind. As we explore our new world, we discover that we were not the first to arrive here (traces of our ancestors in the mountains).
• Just as we are exploring our newly found world, our own descendents will voyage to even greater worlds and ideas (parallelepiped represents spacecraft, red sphere represents distant worlds).
• The embryo on the beach contains all our future thoughts and creations.
• The face in the sea (left rock in water and its reflection) represents...
• The sea carves on the sand the third letter of the alphabet "C", for Cusimano.
